CULVER CITY – Fox Hills could be on the verge of one of Culver City’s biggest neighborhood changes in years.
The city’s draft Fox Hills Specific Plan would set the rules for major redevelopment across the area – allowing higher-density housing, potential 120-foot hotel buildings, new public walkways, and major street changes in a neighborhood already shaped by building complexes and auto-oriented streets.
