Scattered storms Monday evening, soggy day expected Tuesday

ST. LOUIS – The front that brought rain and storms to the region overnight will wash out Monday morning, though a few additional morning showers can’t be ruled out. Otherwise, we’ll see a partly sunny sky with southwest winds pushing us close to 80 F for high temperatures.

Another cold front drops our way Monday night. Let’s watch for developing thunderstorms Monday evening, some strong enough to produce some hail. Scattered rain and thunderstorms will continue to impact the area overnight and widespread rain is expected Tuesday along and behind the cold front.
