Country music star adds Alabama show after stadium concert canceled

Jelly Roll has announced a concert at the Coca-Cola Amphitheater in Birmingham, just three days after his show at Protective Stadium was canceled.

The Grammy-winning country star is set to perform at the downtown amphitheater on May 31 as part of his “The Little Ass Shed Tour,” Live Nation announced on Monday. Tickets for the 7 p.m. show go on sale Thursday, May 7, via Ticketmaster at 10 a.m. CT, after a round of pre-sales.

Prices will range from $49.50-$159.50, a Live Nation spokeswoman said. Jay Webb is on board as the opening act. Pre-sales for the new Birmingham date start on Tuesday, May 5, at 10 a.m. CT and end on Wednesday, May 6, at 10 p.m. CT, according to the Ticketmaster listing…
