NORTH CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCSC) — A man wielding a rifle robbed a Family Dollar in North Charleston over the weekend.
The North Charleston Police Department says they were notified of the incident on University Boulevard 20 minutes after the robbery happened on Saturday.
