CINCINNATI (WXIX) – A man accused of threatening the life of a Hamilton County judge and his family has been found guilty.
Xavier Jackson of Mt. Airy acted as his own attorney in court Monday. He faced a misdemeanor charge of aggravated menacing against Judge Christopher McDowell.
Jackson fired his public defender and decided to represent himself in his defense.
