COLUMBIA, S.C. (WIS) – Construction signs remain along Hardscrabble Road nearly a decade after crews began widening the seven-mile stretch in 2017, prompting questions from drivers about whether the project is complete.
The South Carolina Department of Transportation said the job technically still isn’t done, even though all roads are open.
