A 13-year-old boy is dead, and a 12-year-old passenger is critically injured after the moped scooter they were riding on was struck by a truck in central California.
“Very sad, very sad. I feel sorry for the family,” Tony Saleh, the owner of a nearby gas station, told ABC affiliate KFSN following the fatal crash on Friday, May 1.
