LIVINGSTON, Calif. (KSEE/KGPE) – A man who shot himself after allegedly killing a woman outside a Livingston apartment complex was arrested Monday afternoon, the Livingston Police Department announced.
According to police, on April 12, they responded to a shots-fired call in the 1100 block of Olive Avenue, where officers found a man and woman with gunshot wounds.
