Owner Ekremah Yaghnam operates several ice cream trucks across Philadelphia, drawing excited crowds of children whenever the familiar music rolls through the streets.
While those trucks will remain a staple, Yaghnam aims to extend the same joy year-round with the opening of his first brick-and-mortar ice cream shop.
Pali’s Ice Cream Company will open at 7302 Rising Sun Ave., the former home of Richmond’s Ice Cream. When the space became available, Yaghnam told What Now Philadelphia he chose it for its prime placement at “one of the area’s busiest intersections.”…
