ROANOKE, Va. (WFXR) – Firefighters with Roanoke County Fire and Rescue brought heavy flames under control in 15 minutes while responding to a structure fire.
On May 3 at 5:08 p.m., Roanoke County Fire and Rescue (RCFR) responded to the 2500block of Creekside Drive in the Glenvar area for reports of a residential structure fire.
The first units to arrive found heavy fire and smoke coming from a detached garage. The incident was upgraded to a working fire at 5:13 p.m.
RCFR says the blaze was brought under control in 15 minutes, allowing for no reported injuries or people being displaced…
