A 64-year-old California man has been convicted by a Kentucky jury in a sordid murder-for-hire plot that involved a California Highway Patrol captain.
CHP Captain Julie Harding filed for divorce from her husband, Michael Harding, 53, in 2022, not long after the couple purchased property in Tennessee, the Los Angeles Times reported.
