SACRAMENTO, Calif — Sacramento police are trying to get a suspect to come out of a home after a pursuit Monday morning.
According to police, officers were in the area of 5th Street and Seavey Circle for a preplanned operation when they tried to stop a suspect just before 11:30 a.m.
