Syracuse Police are asking for the public’s help in locating 34-year-old Caprice Scott Jr. He is said to be 5’11” and 150 lb. Black male with black hair and brown eyes.
Scott is wanted after a Syracuse City Court Judge reported that he had been making threats against her and her family via social media and e-mail. He has an active warrant for aggravated harassment of a judge, making a threat of mass harm, and stalking in the 2nd degree…
