One-month-old Shawn White disappeared in 2002 from Wilmington, Delaware, and his case is unsolved

Shawn White was only a month old when he disappeared. He’s been missing from Wilmington, Delaware (New Castle County), since December 8, 2002. His age-progressed photo above (right) shows what he might have looked like at 18, although he would be 23 now.

Shawn was last seen with his father, Thurman R. White, on December 8, 2022. While the child’s father was located, the child’s whereabouts were unknown. Some agencies might spell the child’s first name as “Sean.” The vehicle associated with his disappearance was a 1989 Chevrolet GM4 pickup bearing Delaware license plate no. C48428, which his father was driving.

Physical description

Shawn was last seen wearing green and white pajamas and a gray Mickey Mouse snowsuit. He has long eyelashes and thick eyebrows.

Details

Shawn was on a weekend visitation with his father, Thurman R. White. On the day after Shawn went missing, his father went to the apartment of Shawn’s mother, Tonya Graham (some sources may spell her first name as “Tania”). The apartment was located within the 900 block of Vandever Avenue.
