Remodeled store in Kyle now boasts a True Texas BBQ, HOME by H-E-B and more
H-E-B finished a sweeping renovation of its Kyle H-E-B Plus! Store in Central Texas this week, boosting its floor space to over 182,000 square feet. A redesigned exterior, new finishes and lighting, a slate of expanded and brand-new departments and more await shoppers in Hays County.
Work on the store began in August 2024. To mark reopening day, H-E-B donated $30,000 split equally among Hays County Food Bank, the Hays CISD Education Foundation and PAWS Shelter of Central Texas.
One big addition is a new True Texas BBQ restaurant with indoor seating and a 200-plus-item menu featuring smoked meats, brisket sandwiches, loaded baked potatoes and other Lone Star State classics. Meats are smoked around the clock by a certified pitmaster on the premises…
