MADISON, Wis. (WMTV) – A 20-year-old man was hurt after an early-morning shooting Sunday on Madison’s east side, police said Monday.
Madison Police Department officers responded around 3:40 a.m. to an apartment building on the 200 block of Cottage Grove Road.
