ROCKFORD, Ill. (WTVO) — A traffic stop in Rockford led to a foot chase and arrest of a 19-year-old man on Sunday, May 3, Rockford Police said.
According to the police, officers observed a vehicle driving towards them in Levings Lake Park after hours. During the stop, officers observed a 12-ounce can of Cutwater, which is an alcoholic beverage, in view inside the vehicle, prompting a search.
