A plant closure in Missouri will mean 283 workers will be jobless later this year once it’s complete as announced by their company today.
The state of Missouri’s Jobs site says that there will be a mass layoff of 283 workers starting at the end of July and will be complete by the end of the year when the plant closes. It will impact the Timken plant located at 2601 W Battlefield R in Springfield, Missouri.
