Bellevue has approved design review for Arizona-based Alliance Residential’s project that will bring a 10-story, 442-unit apartment development to the Wilburton neighborhood.
The project, known as Broadstone East Wilburton, received approval on April 29, according to city records. It will redevelop four parcels at 12000, 12022, and 12028 NE 8th Street, along with 12011 NE Bel-Red Road, into a single 2.31-acre site.
Plans call for a new 10-story building with up to 442 residential units, 443 subgrade parking stalls, ground-floor active uses, and a combination of private and publicly accessible open spaces.
