Showers are expected Tuesday morning, but a cold front moves in much later in the day. Expect strong storms possible along the cold front later in the afternoon on Tuesday into early Wednesday morning, mainly north and along I-40. Highest threats include high winds and some hail, secondary threat would be heavy rainfall and flash flooding. Though a tornado cannot be ruled out, the risk is low.
