SCHROEPPEL, N.Y. — Officials in the Town of Schroeppel say hauling of soil from the Micron site has stopped for now after concern from neighbors.
Town leaders say the material was being transported to property owned by CNY Crops, which has a permit through the New York State Department of Environmental Conservation.
