One person is in custody after a brief standoff with Richland Hills police. A release states that it happened at a fire-damaged home in Richland Hills on Monday afternoon.
Police say reports came in about a man trespassing at a home off Dogwood Park Drive just north of 121. The home had restricted access due to a recent fire investigation.
