2 more Florida openings slated for May, June
Publix Super Markets returned to the city of its founding with the opening of another location in Winter Haven, Fla., on April 30. The 46,791-square-foot store anchors The Shoppes at Country Club, a newly built shopping center at 4267 Dundee Road.
“This location is designed to serve customers today and for years to come,” said Publix Media Relations Manager Hannah Herring. “As Publix continues to grow, we remain focused on opening stores that are convenient, rooted in the community and staffed with friendly and knowledgeable associates.”
Inside, shoppers will find a deli equipped with a hummus selection, a full olive bar and an assortment of over 150 artisan cheeses sourced domestically and internationally. A scratch bakery turns out breads and rolls throughout the day, with on-staff decorators to handle custom wedding cakes and specialty desserts…
