Man arrested twice in Arden Park makes an erratic first appearance in court, probation revoked

SACRAMENTO, Calif. — A man arrested twice in one day after allegedly carrying a knife and approaching homes in Arden Park made a chaotic first court appearance Tuesday, where a judge revoked his probation and neighbors voiced concerns about safety.

Brian Mattson initially entered the courtroom quietly but quickly began interrupting proceedings, loudly questioning the process and cursing and making demands before being asked to leave.
