ROCKFORD — A development firm in the Perot family of companies is preparing to construct a speculative industrial building roughly a mile from the Chicago-Rockford International Airport.
Hillwood, a real estate investment and development company based in Dallas, plans to build a nearly 335,000-square-foot industrial building south of U.S. Route 20 and just east of the Love’s Travel Stop along South Main Street.
