Workplace accident contributed to Boeing employee’s death, autopsy states

WICHITA, Kan. (KWCH) – An autopsy report shows that a workplace accident at Boeing contributed to an employee’s death.

Daniel Lussier, a 53-year-old aircraft mechanic at Boeing, died in April, days after being involved in an accident at the plant. Last week, Boeing said it was not clear whether Lussier’s death was a result of the accident.

On Tuesday, Lussier’s family received the results of his autopsy. The autopsy states that Lussier’s cause of death was a blood clot to the lung, and the accident at work contributed…
