North Tonawanda felon accused of possessing over 30 grams of crack

BUFFALO, N.Y. — A prior felon from North Tonawanda has been charged with crack cocaine possession, again.

Eli Clark, 36, has been charged with Possession With Intent to Distribute Crack Cocaine, which carries a maximum of 20 years in prison and up to $1,000,000 in fines.

In March 2026, North Tonawanda Police pulled over a vehicle that Clark was riding in, and allegedly found 33 grams of suspected crack cocaine in Clark’s waistband. After he was taken into custody, police say they executed a search warrant at a home on River Road and seized several pieces of drug paraphernalia…
