COLUMBIA S.C. (WACH) — A late-night apartment fire in Richland County left about 28 residents without homes after flames tore through part of a building at the Samara East Apartments in the Dentsville area.
Firefighters were called just before 9:40 Tuesday night as heavy fire spread into the roof, prompting a two-alarm response.
