MYRTLE BEACH, S.C. (WPDE) — City leaders are moving forward with an ordinance to regulate pedal-powered passenger vehicles, like Pedal Pubs, after more than a year of discussion.
Concerns about safety, noise and alcohol use were raised early on, but officials said there has been no major issues during recent trial runs, including over spring break.
