The rooftop restaurant, which comes via celebrity chef Roy Ellamar, features a menu that includes Filipino and Hawaiian flavors beautifully blended with inspiration and ingredients local to northern California. This includes standout menu items like Salt-Baked Snapper, presented in a shiso salt crust, or a Fireplace Short Rib that is smoked for 12 hours as well as an intriguing Fragrant Wok Lobster with vadouvan curry, that is served with hearth-smoked turnips and Koshihikari rice.
