Manlius, N.Y. — A popular Central New York sourdough bakery is turning off its ovens for good.
Salt City Bread announced Tuesday afternoon that it will permanently close its original bakery in Manlius before the end of the month, nearly a year after the owners shuttered their Salt City Sandwich shop near Syracuse University.
