SPRINGFIELD, Mo. — A mother is suing six people in Greene County Circuit Court after her son was shot and killed during an incident in 2023.
The petition filed on Tuesday, May 5, states Catina Morton as the plaintiff against defendants Rominn Wagoner, Antonio Pettus, Crystal Duke, Amber Holt, Autumn Cowens and Tyler Tennis.
