LEXINGTON, Ky. (WKRC) – A Kentucky man is accused of trying to dump the body of a woman he kidnapped over a bridge.
According to PEOPLE, 42-year-old Ryan “Todd” Crawley of Sadieville, Kentucky, is accused of kidnapping and killing 39-year-old April D. Arnett, a Lexington mother of three, then trying to dump her body over a bridge in 2019.
