BALDWINSVILLE, N.Y. — The driver who struck a woman who later died after being run over will not face criminal charges, the New York State Police announced on Thursday.
On Dec. 7, 2025, around 5:50 a.m., law enforcement responded to Downer Street in Baldwinsville for a report of a woman lying on the roadway. Troopers found her deceased. Her injuries were consistent with being struck by a vehicle. The woman was later identified as Tammy Langford-Michels, 53, of Baldwinsville.
