SYRACUSE, N.Y. — After having 70s in Syracuse and CNY earlier this week, we will remain colder than average over the next few days. We’ll then get a little warmer towards the weekend.
Here’s a first look at this evening and overnight through Thursday afternoon.
In case you need to try and figure out when to cut the grass or get out and do some other yardwork rest of this week, I cannot give a completely dry forecast.
I’m tracking some milder temperatures that were out west in places like Oklahoma City and Dallas on Wednesday getting closer to Syracuse and CNY for this upcoming weekend.
This weekend while milder than the next few days will still be below average for early May.
Let’s track temperatures, clouds, sprinkles and a little light rain over the next few days.
It could be cold enough for a few wet snowflakes in the hills northeast and southeast of Syracuse. Even if the wet flakes stick initially they should melt soon thereafter.
Temperatures beyond this weekend look closer to 60 next week but with a lot more dry weather and sun especially Monday afternoon, all day Tuesday and even the first half of Wednesday.
