The Philadelphia District Attorney’s Office says the 18-year-old man accused of stealing a truck and crashing it into a playground on Tuesday afternoon is also facing charges in a separate case out of Darby Borough, Delaware County.
The suspect has been identified as Robert Littlepage Jr. of Douglasville, Georgia.
According to the district attorney’s office, Littlepage attempted a carjacking on Tuesday afternoon at 2 p.m. on Elmwood Avenue near 62nd Street.
