SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (Dakota News Now) – At Tuesday’s Minnehaha County Commission meeting, county coroner Dr. Kenneth Snell told members that overdoses from fentanyl and meth cases have surpassed gun use as the leading cause of accidental deaths.
