By Sara Beth Williams– — After two years, the former 99 Cents Only Store in Citrus Heights has a new tenant, which plans to open this summer.
In 2024, all 99 Cents Only Stores shuttered across the region following the company’s bankruptcy announcement, including the Citrus Heights location at Greenback Lane and San Juan Avenue.
This week, new signage on the front of the building indicates that a new Goodwill store called Pacific Thrift Store is taking up the building, with a banner saying “Coming Soon” hanging from the front façade…
