Delivered in 2024, the development offers 250 fully furnished units in a mix of one-, two- and three-bedroom configurations. Shared amenities include a resort-style pool, 24-hour fitness center, clubhouse, sauna, tanning bed, rooftop deck, study rooms, resident lounges, courtyards, fire pits and outdoor picnic and grilling areas.
