OMAHA, Neb. (WOWT) – The CEO of BioSecurity Technology, who is accused of committing securities fraud worth millions of dollars, appeared in court Thursday.
Daniel Lynn, 71, was booked into Douglas County Corrections on Tuesday morning to face 12 felony counts of securities fraud.
Lynn was ordered to be held on $750,000 bond and must surrender his passport while remaining within 10 miles of Douglas County.
Prosecutors alleged Lynn sold securities on 12 occasions for a total of $4.83 million to area investors. Some were refunded, others were not, according to court records…
