Developer of ‘swaying’ DC condo ordered to pay $400K for structural failures

WASHINGTON (7News) — Attorney General Brian Schwalb announced Thursday that local developer Steven Sushner will pay $400,000 to repair a Ward 4 condominium building so structurally unsound that it physically swayed during high winds.

The settlement addresses years of litigation and safety concerns surrounding the property located at 4022 Georgia Avenue NW.
