COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. (KKTV) – Tubby’s Turnaround has been sold to the Manitou Springs Penny Arcade, according to a spokesperson with the Catalyst Fund.
The store is expected to temporarily close for a refresh and reopen in mid-June.
