Syracuse, N.Y. — A 24-year-old man died Thursday night after he was shot in the neck in Syracuse, police said.
Around 9:33 p.m., Syracuse police officers responded to the 500 block of Wolf Street after a ShotSpotter alert detected gunfire in the area.
