With both spring Chinook and the dogwoods in full bloom, the flowers are more reliable than the fishing, this week anyway.
After a decent week previous, middle and upper river trollers found challenging catch rates for much of the week. The exception was the lower Multnomah Channel on Wednesday, where both guides and anglers did exceptional on bait and spinnes.
