ALLENDALE COUNTY, S.C. (WJBF) – The South Carolina Law Enforcement Division (SLED) charged an Allendale County woman in connection to alleged fraud following an investigation requested by the South Carolina Education Lottery.
Mary Elizabeth Devoe, 61, was charged with Breach of Trust and Intent to Defraud, Counterfeit Game Tickets on April 8. She was later charged with Intent to Defraud, Counterfeit Game Tickets on April 30, 2026.
