A couple is facing more than 100 charges in connection with the rescue of 93 animals from their Lancaster County home, according to the Pennsylvania SPCA.
On Friday, May 8, the PSCPA’s Animal Law Enforcement team announced criminal charges against Andrew Culp, 42, and Jessica Drexler, 44, after authorities went to the couple’s home and found 76 dogs, 15 cats and kittens, and two Flemish rabbits in “deplorable conditions” back in April.
Culp and Drexler each face 2 felony counts, 38 misdemeanor counts, and 106 summary counts of animal cruelty, officials said…
