Driver allegedly hits victim, yells racial slurs outside Lancaster County bank: police

LANCASTER COUNTY, Pa. (WHP) — A Lititz woman has been charged with ethnic intimidation after she allegedly rear-ended someone at a bank and yelled racial slurs at them, according to police.

The Northern Lancaster County Regional Police Department filed charges Wednesday against Leanne Stoltzfus, 38, in connection to the confrontation, which happened April 27 at the PNC Bank at 1 Trolley Run Road in Warwick Township.

The victim said she was at the bank when the driver behind her, identified as Stoltzfus, began honking her horn “in an aggressive manner” and struck the victim’s vehicle, according to police…
