Four people have been arrested in Gwinnett County in connection to the operation of an unlicensed personal care home in Snellville.
On April 30, Gwinnett Police SVU detectives executed two search warrants at 4022 and 4032 Pond Edge Road in Snellville. The search was conducted with assistance from the Behavioral Health Unit, Uniform Division, Crime Scene Unit, Gwinnett County Fire Department, Department of Community Health, Adult Protective Services, and other state agencies
Detectives had reportedly been made aware that these locations were operating unlicensed personal care homes for disabled adults and the elderly.
