DeWitt, N.Y. — A growing fast-casual restaurant chain specializing in bowls and smoothies is opening soon in Onondaga County.
Playa Bowls, which got its start in Belmar, New Jersey, in 2014, has grown to operate 400-plus locations nationwide.
