Next week, the first residents of SECU The Sparrow, an apartment complex on Carolina Beach Road, are expected to start settling into their new nests.
Brought about by Wilmington-based nonprofit agency Good Shepherd Center, the complex is a 32-unit, supportive housing community for chronically homeless people with significant disabilities.
